In 2007 Shelly began teaching pole dancing classes to an enthusiastic group of trend setting women at Crunch Fitness in San Francisco, it was here that she refined her style and class format to meet the needs and demands of pole fitness to the very diverse needs of her students.  Shelly has been teaching pole dance classes in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 4 years and brings more than a decade of teaching experience as a certified Pilates, fitness and dance instructor.  She offers safe, fun, and challenging pole dance classes that cover all aspects of the artform, In her classes you will find a well rounded program for learning with classes ranging from the athletic and acrobatic, much like the circus arts, to the sensual and artistic dance emphasied pole dance classes influenced by her contempory and cabaret dance background.  Shelly also teaches exotic lap dance and pole dance classes for bachelorette parties or any other celebration you need to dance for.
